And if there’s more to it — I’m Douglas. I’ve spent decades driving strategy and execution at scale, from bellman to senior director leading global revenue and product management. Right now I’m actively pursuing my next full-time role: Chief of Staff, product or program leadership, or business operations at the convergence of hospitality, technology, and innovation. That intersection is where I’ve always lived — hospitality is in my DNA, technology is how I scale it, and I’ve spent my career seeing change before it arrived. I’m also open to part-time, contract, or advisory work.

Alongside that search, I take on selective project work. Not to fill time, but because I don’t stop building. Every engagement sharpens the next decision and reminds me the work is only ever about one thing: making it better than I found it.
